The Lenovo ThinkSystem Mellanox ConnectX-6 Lx 10/25GbE SFP28 2-port PCIe Ethernet Adapter (4XC7A62580) is Lenovo's validated version of the NVIDIA ConnectX-6 Lx card (NVIDIA part MCX631102AS-ADAT). It is a low-profile PCIe 4.0 x8 card with two SFP28 cages for 10 or 25 Gb Ethernet.
The adapter is designed for cloud and virtualised servers. ASAP2 technology moves the Open vSwitch data plane into hardware, and SR-IOV supports up to 512 virtual functions per port with 8 physical functions, which keeps host CPU free for applications.

Both low-profile and full-height brackets are included. When fitted in a Lenovo server the card inherits the server's base warranty, which makes it a straightforward upgrade for ThinkSystem and ThinkAgile platforms.
