The Broadcom N1400GD is a single-port 400 Gigabit Ethernet adapter in the OCP 3.0 small form factor, designed for AI/ML, HPC, cloud and storage servers with OCP NIC slots. It uses the BCM57608 controller with 100G PAM4 SerDes and a PCIe 5.0 x16 host interface.
• 1 x QSFP112-DD port running 400, 200, 100, 50 or 25GbE • RoCEv2 with DCQCN and smart congestion control for RDMA fabrics • SR-IOV, tunnel offloads (VXLAN, Geneve, GRE) plus kTLS and QUIC offload • TruFlow engine for connection tracking, NAT and flow steering • Hardware Secure Boot, SPDM attestation and secure firmware recovery
