Product Information Disclaimer

In short: product information comes largely from the manufacturers and can change. Please confirm that a product meets your requirements and is compatible with your equipment before you buy, and ask us if anything is unclear.

Specifications and images

Specifications, descriptions and images on this store are based on information published by manufacturers and suppliers. Manufacturers may change specifications, firmware, components, packaging or appearance without notice, and images may be illustrative and show optional accessories. Although we take care to keep listings accurate, we cannot guarantee that every detail is complete, current or error-free. For critical requirements, check the manufacturer's datasheet for the exact part number, or ask us before you order.

Compatibility

You are responsible for verifying that a product is compatible with your existing hardware, firmware and software versions, operating system, power and cooling, rack dimensions and licences. Some manufacturers restrict their equipment to vendor-approved transceivers, drives or memory, or require particular firmware. Any advice we give is offered in good faith based on the information you provide and the manufacturer's documentation; it is not a guarantee of compatibility or performance in your environment.

Licences, firmware and support

Some features require separate software licences, support contracts, subscriptions or registration with the manufacturer, which are not included unless the product page says so. Firmware updates and technical support are provided by the manufacturer on its own terms.

Installation and use

Install and operate equipment according to the manufacturer's instructions and safety information, and use qualified personnel for rack, electrical and network installation. Always back up your data before installing, upgrading or replacing hardware. We are not responsible for downtime or data loss resulting from installation or use.

Trademarks

All product names, brands, logos and trademarks shown on this store are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the products sold. JShop and JOESAN INC are not the manufacturer of these products, and their use does not imply any affiliation with, sponsorship by or endorsement from the trademark owners unless expressly stated.

Prices and availability

Prices, stock levels and lead times can change without notice. How we handle pricing errors and unavailable items is explained in our terms of service.
