Terms of Service
Version 1 · updated Oct 9, 2026
In short: these terms are the agreement between you and JOESAN INC when you use this store and buy from it. They explain when an order becomes binding, what you pay, how delivery and returns work, how warranties are handled and which law applies. Nothing in them takes away rights you have under mandatory consumer law where you live.
1. Who we are
This store (JShop) is operated by JOESAN INC, a company registered in the State of Wyoming, USA ("we", "us"). You can reach us at [email protected] or through our contact form.
2. Using the store
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to place an order. If you buy on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to bind it. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential and for activity under your account; tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
3. Product information
We describe products as accurately as we can, using specifications and images published by the manufacturers. Manufacturers may change specifications, firmware, packaging or appearance without notice, and images may be illustrative. Checking that a product is compatible with your equipment, software and licences is your responsibility; we are happy to help, but our advice is given in good faith on the information you give us. Please read our product information disclaimer.
4. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order by email (or when we ship it, if that happens first). We may decline or cancel an order — in whole or in part — if the product is unavailable, if the price or description shown was clearly wrong, if we cannot deliver to your address, if the order appears fraudulent, if quantities exceed what we can reasonably supply, or if the sale would breach export control or sanctions rules (section 11). If we do, you will not be charged, and anything already paid for the cancelled items is refunded in full.
An unpaid order is released automatically so the stock can go back on sale: after 30 minutes for a card order, and for a cryptocurrency order after the window shown on the payment page (24 hours by default). You can place a new order at any time.
5. Prices and currency
All prices are in US dollars (USD). The shipping cost for your address and chosen service is shown at checkout before you pay, together with any sales tax we are required to collect. If your card or account is in another currency, your bank or payment provider converts the amount and may charge a conversion fee. If a price is clearly wrong, we will contact you before shipping and let you either confirm the order at the correct price or cancel it for a full refund.
6. Taxes, duties and import charges
All orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). The VAT, GST or sales tax for your destination is calculated and shown at checkout and added to your order total, and that total is all you pay: we act as, or appoint, the importer of record and pay the import duties, import taxes and customs clearance fees at the destination, so you will not be asked to pay anything on delivery. VAT on consignments to the European Union with an intrinsic value of up to EUR 150 is declared through the EU Import One-Stop Shop (IOSS). If you refuse a shipment and it comes back to us, we refund the price of the goods less the original shipping cost, the return shipping cost and any duties and charges we cannot recover.
7. Payment
We accept the payment methods offered at checkout, which may include credit and debit cards and wallets processed by Stripe, PayPal, and — where enabled — cryptocurrency (USDT, USDC or BTC). Card details are handled by the payment processor and never reach our servers. We may ask for additional verification before shipping an order. A cryptocurrency payment is confirmed only after we have verified it on the blockchain; any refund of a cryptocurrency payment is arranged with you directly.
8. Shipping, title and risk of loss
Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. Large or heavy equipment may be shipped in several parcels or by freight. Ownership and risk of loss pass to you when the goods are delivered to the address you gave us. Please inspect deliveries promptly and report damaged or missing items as described in our shipping policy.
9. Returns and refunds
Returns, defective items and refunds are handled under our returns and refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Before returning any storage device or system, back up and remove your data: we are not responsible for data left on returned equipment.
10. Warranty
Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty where the manufacturer provides one, on the manufacturer's terms; the product page or the manufacturer's documentation says what applies. We help you with warranty claims and the manufacturer's RMA process. We do not give any warranty of our own beyond what these terms and our returns policy state. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Warranties do not cover damage from misuse, accidents, improper installation, unauthorised modification or use outside the manufacturer's specifications.
11. Export control and sanctions
Networking, server and storage equipment, and the software and encryption in it, may be subject to the export control laws of the United States (including the Export Administration Regulations) and other countries, and to economic sanctions administered by the U.S. Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). We do not sell or ship to countries, regions, organisations or persons subject to comprehensive U.S. sanctions or on restricted-party lists, or for prohibited end uses. By ordering, you confirm that you are not such a person, that the products will not be used for a prohibited end use, and that you will not export, re-export or transfer them in breach of these laws. We may ask for end-user or end-use information, and may cancel any order that we believe would breach them.
12. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the store: no attempts to break, overload, scrape at scale or gain unauthorised access to the site; no fraudulent orders or payment methods that are not yours; no abuse of coupons, referral links or reviews.
13. Intellectual property and trademarks
The content and design of this store belong to us or our licensors. Product names, brands and logos belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify the products; their use does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement by those owners.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from an order is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost revenue, business interruption, or loss or corruption of data. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
15. Events beyond our control
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as carrier or customs delays, natural disasters, strikes, supplier shortages or government action. If such an event delays your order significantly, you may cancel it for a refund of anything paid for items not yet shipped.
16. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and the state and federal courts located in Wyoming have jurisdiction over disputes. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory laws of the country where you live or of any right to bring a claim there. Before going to court, please contact us — most issues are resolved quickly by email.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version and date of the last update are shown on this page, and the terms that apply to an order are those published when the order was placed.
