The Lenovo 7Z57A03558 is a 3-metre passive direct-attach copper cable with SFP28 connectors on both ends, used to connect 25Gb Ethernet ports on ThinkSystem servers to top-of-rack switches or to other servers.
Lenovo lists it in the supported-cable tables of its 10/25GbE SFP28 adapters, including the ThinkSystem Mellanox ConnectX-6 Lx family, under feature code AV1X. Being passive copper, it needs no optics and adds negligible power to the link.
