The H3C UniServer R4900 G6 is H3C's 2U two-socket server for 4th and 5th-generation Intel Xeon Scalable processors, bringing DDR5 memory and PCIe 5.0 to a familiar general-purpose chassis.

Platform headroom

Built on the Intel C741 chipset, the server provides 32 DDR5 RDIMM slots, 10 standard PCIe slots (6 x PCIe 5.0 and 4 x PCIe 4.0) plus 2 onboard OCP 3.0 slots, and storage for up to 12 LFF or 25 SFF front drives with up to 24 U.2 NVMe drives. It accepts up to 4 double-width or 8 single-width GPUs.

Security features include TPM 2.0, chassis intrusion detection and two-factor login for the HDM management controller. Power options range from 800 W to 2,700 W Platinum and 1,600 W/3,200 W Titanium in 1+1 redundancy. The chassis is 87.5 x 445.4 x 780 mm without the bezel, and H3C lists CE, UL and FCC certifications.
