The GIGABYTE G293-Z42-AAP1 fits eight double-width PCIe Gen5 GPUs into just 2U of rack space. Two Broadcom PEX89048 PCIe switches fan out the GPU slots, which helps peer-to-peer traffic between accelerators.

The host side runs two AMD EPYC 9004 processors (SP5) with 24 DDR5 RDIMM slots on 12 channels per CPU.
