Cisco Catalyst Cellular Gateway CG522-E (5G Sub-6)

The CG522-E is a standalone cellular gateway from Cisco's Catalyst line. It brings 5G sub-6 GHz service to a router or SD-WAN edge through a single multigigabit Ethernet port, so the cellular radio can be mounted close to a window or high on a wall while the router stays in the rack. When 5G is not available it drops back to LTE (Cat 18, 7, 6 and 4).

The gateway can be managed through its CLI, a local web interface or Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN Manager, which makes it a good fit for branches already running Catalyst SD-WAN. It carries 1 GB DRAM and 4 GB eMMC storage and has a rated MTBF of 1,048,340 hours.
